| Hunter
French was formed by Stephen Hunter and Karen Dumine who between
them have a combined industry experience of 33 years. Both have worked for a large
corporate chain gaining valuable experience and in house training.
Stephen:
Has been in the industry since 1996 working
his way through the ranks of corporate estate agency. Stephen
says since launching Hunter French we have developed a sound and respected local
business that is quickly becoming recognised for professional, friendly and most
personal service specialising in Bath and surrounding villages.
Karen
started in estate agency as Saturday Sales Staff in 1988 and became a Branch Manager
just 13 months after becoming full time in the same year. She was promoted to
Area Director in 2000 and was responsible for 10 offices in Bristol, Bath and
Wiltshire. Both Karen and Stephen could see that corporate estate agency was rapidly
loosing focus on actually selling houses with the emphasis more on the selling
of mortgages, conveyancing and Spanish homes!
